Terms of Sale

Purpose

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made by consumers through AIRONOX.shop.

Products and Prices

The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its product page. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are clearly displayed before the customer completes payment.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Available payment methods are shown during secure checkout.

We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, refused payment, or an obvious error relating to price or product availability.

Delivery

Our usual delivery time is 5–12 business days after dispatch. The delivery estimate applicable to the customer’s order is confirmed during checkout and in the order confirmation.

Returns and Cancellation

Customers benefit from a 14-day legal cancellation right and our 30-day commercial return policy, as explained in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Legal Warranties

If a dispute cannot first be resolved directly with our customer service team, the customer may use the following consumer mediator free of charge

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available in their country of residence.
